"The Stillman S. Dolliver house was built in the winter of 1883-4 by W. C. Higgins, for Mrs. Alice Morris. Mr. Dolliver built his carpenter shop to the south of the house and also the bungalow for his son, Morris A. Dolliver; this last in 1931.
